摘要
基于压电陶瓷的自供电原理为利用压电材料的压电效应,采用三层悬臂梁压电振子结构,将机械振动转化为电能,由此实现无线传感器的自供电。其关键技术包括压电材料制备、压电振子结构优化设计、高效的电能转换与储存电路设计等方面。
Based on piezoelectric ceramics, the self-powered principle is that, adopt the piezoelectricity efficiency of piezoelectric material, and adopt the three-layer cantilever beams electronic vibrator structure for transforming the vibration into power to realize the self-power of wireless sensor. The key technologies include piezoelectric equipment, piezoelectric vibrator structure optimal design, efficient power transformation and storage circuit design.
