摘要
为了了解AZ91D压铸镁合金在高温条件下服役的组织演化规律,通过组织观察、力学性能测试、断口形貌分析,研究了180℃时效后镁合金的组织转变、性能变化及其之间的关系。结果表明:AZ91D压铸镁合金在180℃时效后,显微组织由压铸态的非平衡伪共晶组织向固溶合金的平衡态组织转变,其强度和硬度随时效时间的延长先提高后降低,其变化规律与析出相的作用密切相关。
To understand the evolution of the microstructure and mechanical performance of die casting AZ91D magnesium alloy at elevated temperatures,the microstructure observation,mechanical performance measurement and fracture morphology analysis were conducted. Results indicate that the age treatment of AZ91D magnesium alloy at 180℃ induced the transformation of microstructure from non-equilibrium pseudoeutectic structure of die casting state to equilibrium structure of solid solution. With age treatment time prolonged,the hardness and strength of AZ91D magnesium alloy increased at first to a maximum and then decreased,showing a changing tendency closely related to the role of precipitates.
