摘要
借助有限元分析软件ANSYS,对Y7125磨齿机主轴系统进行了动力学分析(包括模态分析和谐响应分析),研究了机床主轴部件的动态特性,获得了机床主轴组件的动态参数,为机床主轴组件设计和结构改进提供了重要依据。
This paper carried out the dynamic analysis for Y7125 grinder spindle based on ANSYS,including modal analysis and harmonic response analysis. By this method, the dynamic property wasstudied and the dynamic parameter was got. It provides important foundation for the design and improvement of grinder splindle structure.
