摘要
针对孔隙性漏失的特点,基于近年来国外学者提出的超低渗透钻井液技术理论,通过优化使用超低渗处理剂形成了一种随钻防漏堵漏技术。该技术能有效封堵不同渗透性地层和微裂缝泥页岩地层,从而解决钻井过程中的渗透性漏失和压力传导。该技术在华北油田束3、留67X1、苏55-4和京11平1井中进行了应用,显示出良好的封堵渗透性地层和随钻防漏堵漏效果,保证了钻井施工的正常进行。
An ultra low filtration technology had been used in control mud losses into porous formations in recent years.Using this technology,mud losses into formations with different permeability levels and the micro-fracture shale formations can be successfully controlled and prevented.This technology had been used in Well Shu-3,Well Liu67X1,Well Su55-4 and Well Jing-11Ping-1 in Huabei Oilfield.The porous formations were successfully sealed and mud losses controlled in these wells.
