摘要
多数井将气体钻井转换成常规水基钻井液钻井后都出现了井壁失稳问题,且处理时间长,严重影响了气体钻井取得的成果,介绍了2个实例。分析了井壁失稳的原因后,介绍了解决该问题的3种途径。一种是使用润湿反转剂RSF-1,将其作为替入钻井液之前的润漏反转前置液,RSF-1能把岩石的亲水表面转变成亲油表面,减缓滤液侵入地层。再配合使用性能优质的钻井液与合理的施工方案,可保证后续施工顺利进行。该技术在P301-4和P204-2井的应用,起到了有效维护井壁稳定的作用。另一种是对已钻的不稳定地层实施封堵加固,介绍了几种井壁加固的工作液。还有一种是选用隔离膜钻井完井液或成膜封堵保护油气层钻井液技术。
In most wells drilled with gas drilling fluids,borehole instability was encountered after converting the gas drilling fluids to conventional water base fluids,and long time had to be spent solving the problem,compromising the benefits from gas drilling.Taking 2 wells as examples,this paper introduced 3 methods of solving this prob- lem.In the first method,a wetting reversion agent,RSF-1,was used to prepare a pad fluid which turns the rock surface from hydrophilic into hydrophobic,thus postponing the invasion of mud filtrate into the formation.This technology,combined with good drilling fluid and engineered operation program,was successfully used in Well P301-4 and Well P204-2.The second method was to seal and strengthen the unstable formations,and several working fluids were introduced.The third one involved in the use of filming drilling/completion fluids to protect the sensitive formations.
