摘要
在经典的压裂液滤失评价理论中,假设滤失速度和滤失时间的平方根成反比,根据该假设在很多情况下得到了错误的结论。为突破经典理论的限制,更好地利用现有数据,针对压裂液滤失过程中的3个不同区域,建立了一个综合的滤失模型。该模型对3个区域间的压差和各区域不同物理层面都能自动修正,同时还考虑到了滤饼性能、内泥饼、岩心长度、剪切速率以及压裂液的非牛顿性质。该模型模拟了侵入区滤液的非牛顿特性、因滤失导致的储层渗透率下降以及储层流体的可压缩性,建立了无流动、恒压、有限无限等边界条件,因此适用于在不同条件下模拟室内实验和现场的压裂滤失过程。通过室内实验证实了模型的有效性,预测结果和实验数据吻合。
A model describing the filtration of fracturing fluids in hydraulic fracturing was presented in this paper. This model can self-correct the pressure differences between filter cake section,invasion section and reservoir sec- tion,and the physics of the said three sections.This model also took into account the property of the filter cake, interior mud cake,core lengths,shear rate and the non-Newtonian characteristics of the fracturing fluids.This model simulated the non-Newtonian feature of the invasion section,permeability impairment caused by mud filtra- tion,and the compressibility of the reservoir fluids.Boundary conditions for non-flow,constant pressure,limited and non-limited boundaries were established,thus made the model much more comprehensive.The simulation re- suits fit very well to the experiment data.
