摘要
通过简要介绍胎儿畸形的概念、病因、发病率及影响检出率的因素,回顾三维超声的发展史,尤其是在医学领域的发展历程;从三维数据采集与处理和三维图像的重建与显示两方面介绍了三维超声成像的基本原理;并将三维超声与二维超声相比,分别从诊断胎儿颜面部、心脏、脊柱、四肢及脑部畸形等方面,突出了其在胎儿畸形产前诊断领域的应用范围,希望突出近几年来三维超声用于评价胎儿畸形的优势、进展及发展前景。
This article reviews fetal anomaly about its conception,etiology,incidence and factors affecting the detection rate,as well as the developing history of three dimensional ultrosonography,especially its development in medical domain.The basic principle of three dimensional ultrasonic imaging was introduced from two aspects including three dimensional data collection and handling as well as rebuilding and display of three-dimension graphics.By compared with two dimensional Ultrasonography,its application scope was protruded in antenatal diagnosis of fetal anomaly from several aspects based on the diagnosis of abnormality in fetal face,heart,spine,skeleton and brain.This article mainly puts emphasis on its advantages,progress and perspectives in evaluating fetal anomaly.
