摘要
妊娠期糖尿病是指妊娠后才发生或首次发现的糖尿病,是妊娠的高危因素之一。目前妊娠期糖尿病的病因与发病机制尚未完全阐明,近年来炎症学说备受关注。炎性因子包括C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子α、白细胞介素系列(IL-6、IL-10等)、血清铁蛋白等。有关研究发现,炎性因子介导的慢性炎性反应参与妊娠期糖尿病的发病。
Gestational diabetes mellitus is the diabetes firstly found or occurred after pregnancy,which is the one of high risks in pregnancy.However,its etiology and pathogenesis is not very clear at present.The inflammatory theory is attracting more attention in recent years.Inflammatory cytokines includes c-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-αand interleukin-6,interleukin-10,ferritin and so on.Related studies showed that chronic inflammation induced by inflammatory cytokines took part in the genesis of gestational diabetes.
