摘要 内脂素(visfatin)是新近发现的一种脂肪细胞因子,其反向转录cDNA序列与前B细胞克隆增强因子结构相同。它主要由内脏脂肪组织分泌,可结合并活化胰岛素受体,产生类胰岛素作用,并且能够促进脂肪细胞的分化,与2型糖尿病及肥胖相关联。进一步研究发现,其还与血管平滑肌细胞成熟、炎症等有关。Visfatin的发现为研究肥胖与糖尿病的发病机制增加了新内容,更可能为糖尿病的治疗提供一个新的靶点。 Visfatin is a newly identified adipocytokin.Its cDNA sequencing of reverse transcription is the same as the structure of gene encoding pre-B cell colony enhancing factor.It is mainly secreted by visceral fatty tissue.It can bind with insulin receptors and then activate them,can produce insulin-like effect,can promote the differentiation of lipocytes and has some association with type 2 diabetes.Further study showed that it also related to the mature of vascular smooth muscle cells and inflammation.The finding of Vistatin provides new contents to study the pathegensis of obesity and diabetes,what is more,it also will provide new therapeutic target for the therapy of diabetes.
