摘要
通过问卷调查的方式将普通学生和参加排球训练的学生进行比较,通过实验的方式将应用自我效能理论的排球教学与常规教学做比较,结果表明:排球训练有利于学生自我效能感的提高;学生的自我效能水平对排球学习训练影响非常显著,通过提高学生的自我效能,能够增强学习训练的信心,提高排球学习的成绩。
