摘要
生物质能电厂工程水土保持方案是新时期开发建设项目的一个重要类型。根据生物质能电厂工程特点,指出电厂建设与水土保持紧密相关的几个重要特征,在此基础上从工程土石方平衡统筹规划、电厂灰渣落实情况和方案植物措施与厂区园林绿化的统一规划等方面提出了生物质能电厂工程水土保持方案编制应注意的几个要点。
The biomass energy power plant is an important type of developing construction projects at present. This paper firstly analyzes the characteristic of biomass energy power plant, then points out several important features of this project relating to soil and water conservation. On the basis of these features, much attention should be paid to some key problems in working out soil-water conservation program, including overall planning on the excavating volume balance of earth and rock, comprehensive utilization of clinker, unified planning of the afforestion measure in project and landscape gardening in factory zone and so on.
