摘要
本文研究了TDE-85环氧树脂丙烯酸酯的合成方法，讨论了合成条件（催化剂的种类与用量，反应温度及时间，投料比，反应类型及不饱和酸种类的选择等）对合成反应及合成产物性状的影响。另外，还考察了该合成产物的UV固化特性。
A new kind of UV curable eroxy resin acrylate was synthesised by the use of esterifation of TDE - 85epoxy resin with acrylic acid, in which, the suitable catalyst is tetramethylammonium chloride (concentration: 1% ), the reachve temperature is 105 -- 115℃, and the reaction bine is 3. 5 - 4 .0 h. By the add of Darocure 1 173 initiator (1 - 5% ), this epoxy resin acrylate can be cured quickly under the UV rddiation of the high pressure mercury lamp (500W).
