摘要
分析了我国妇女劳动权益保护的现状,指出了我国妇女在劳动就业、劳动保护、劳动卫生及职业安全等方面面临的问题,探索了妇女劳动权益受到侵犯的原因,提出了保障妇女劳动权益的对策。
The status quo of women＇s labor rights and interests is presented. It is pointed out that women in China are unfairly treated in the following aspects： the right to work, labor protection, occupational health and occupational safety. The reasons why women＇s labor rights and interests are frequently violated are analyzed. The measures to guarantee women＇s labor rights and interests are put forward.
