摘要
分别采用有机溶剂和乙醇联合DM130大孔树脂吸附两种方法提取火炬树叶粉,并测定了粗提物对山楂叶螨(Tetranychus viennensis Zacher)的触杀活性。结果表明,石油醚、氯仿、正己烷的水相提取物对山楂叶螨72 h死亡率分别为56.67%、49%和46.67%,明显高于相应的有机相提取物的毒力;火炬叶的乙醇萃取液经DM130大孔树脂吸附后的石油醚:乙酸乙酯(65:35 V/V)洗脱液对山楂叶螨24 h的死亡率达100%。因此,火炬树叶中的杀螨成分具有水溶性,并初步鉴定为酚酸类化合物。
The foliar powders of Rhus typhina L. were extracted by organic solvents and the process of ethanol with DM130 resin column chromatography, respectively. The contact toxicity of resulting crude extracts was bioassayed against Tetranychus viennensis Zacher. The results showed that the percent mortalities from the aqueous phases of petroleum ether, chloroform and normal hexane were 56.67% , 49% and 46.67% at 72 h, respectively. Its mortality was much more than the corresponding organic phase. The eluate of R. typhina leaves powder, which was extracted by ethanol and then absorbed by DM130 resin and last eluted with petroleum ether:ethyl acetate(65:35 V/V) , was that the mortality against T. viennensis at 24 h was 100%. Therefor, the toxic crude extracts from R. typhina leaves against T. viennensis are water -soluble and preliminarily identified as phenolic acids.
