不同培养料对白灵菇胞外酶活性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 测定了白灵菇在三种培养料中不同生长发育阶段纤维素酶、半纤维素酶、漆酶、淀粉酶、蛋白酶活性变化,结果表明:不同培养料对白灵菇胞外酶活性有较大影响,对酶活性变化趋势影响较小。白灵菇在不同培养料和不同生长发育阶段,其菌丝分泌的胞外酶活性表现一定的差异,但同种酶在不同培养料中活性变化的总趋势基本一致。 Extracellular enzyme activities ( carboxymethylcellulase, hemicellulase, laccase, amylase, proteinase ) of pleurotus nerbrodensis were determined at defferent developmental stages, during it cuhivation on three substrates, result indicated that different substrates have bigish effect to extracellular enzyme activities, but less to changing trend. The extracellular enzyme activities exhibited different level in different substrates and different developmental stages . But changes trend in the levels of each individual enzyme observed throughout the sampiing period were generally very similar irrespective of the composition of the cultivation substrate.
