摘要
讨论了通过制备纳米溶胶而得到纳米抗静电整理剂及其在涤纶、羊毛织物整理中的应用。结果表明,纳米抗静电整理剂对所处理的织物具有显著的抗静电效果,采用6g/L浓度纳米抗静电剂时,涤纶织物峰值电压从未处理时的3797V下降到893V,静电半衰期由处理前的大于90s下降到0.86s;羊毛织物峰值电压从未经处理的3069V下降到处理后1596V,半衰期由原来的29.3s下降到0.21s。整理工艺因素如焙烘温度和时间对抗静电性能有较大的影响。
The achievement of nano anti-static finishing agent through the manufacture of nano-sol and its application on the finishing of polyester and wool fabrics were discussed. The results showed that there were obvious anti-static effects on the fabrics finished with nano anti-static finishing agent. When 6 g/L of the finishing agent was used, the peak voltage of the polyester fabric was declined to 893 V from 3797 V of the untreated fabric and the half-life of static decreased to 0.86 s from 90 s of the untreated polyester fabric. The peak voltage of the wool fabric was declined to 1596 V from 3069 V of the untreated fabric and the half-life of static decreased to 0.21 s from 29.3 s of the untreated wool fabric. There was great influence on the anti-static effects from the finishing processing condition, such as curing temperature and curing time.
