铜钴镁铝类水滑石的合成、表征及对NOx吸附性能的研究

摘要 采用共沉淀法合成了不同摩尔比的碳酸根型水滑石。用X-射线粉末衍射、红外光谱、BET法对它们进行了表征,还测定了四元CuCoMgAl类水滑石和二元MgAl水滑石对氮氧化物(NOx)的吸附性能。结果表明,成功合成的n(Cu):n(Co):n(Mg):n(Al)摩尔比分别为1:1:1:1、1:3:2:2、3:1:2:2的复合氧化物都具有水滑石结构,且晶相完整、结晶度高;随着Co含量增加,水滑石层间高度略有增加。红外光谱分析结果表明羟基和碳酸根被插入到水滑石层问结构。四元CuCoMgAl-HTlcs对NOx吸附性能明显优于二元的Mg3Al-HTlcs,而Cu1.13Co1.07Mg0.94Al-HTlcs对NOx的吸附性能优于其它四元的CuCoMgAl-HTIcs。Cu0.5Co1.55Mg0.95Al-HTlcs和Cu1.57Co0.56MgAl-HTlcs的吸附容量分别为2400、1770 mg/g。 Carbonate pillared hydrotalicite-like compounds (CuCoMgAl-HTlcs) with different n(Cu):n(Co):n(Mg):n(Al) molar ratios were synthesized by coprecipitation and characterized by XRD, IR and BET. The NOx adsorption capabilities of the CuCoMgAl-HTlcs and MgAl-HTlcs were also measured. The results show that the samples with n(Cu):n(Co):n(Mg):n(Al) molar ratios of 1 : 1 : 1 : 1, 1:3:2:2 and 3:1:2:2 have hydrotalcite structures, and their interlayer spacings increase with the amount of Co in the samples. The IR results show that carbonation and hydroxyl are intercalated into the CuCoMgAl-HTlcs interlayer structures. The NOx adsorption ability of the CuCoMgAl-HTlcs is much better than that of MgAl-HTlcs, and that of Cu1.13Co1.07Mg0.94Al-HTlcs is better than other CuCoMgAl-HTlcs. The adsorption capacities of the Cu0.5Co1.55Mg0.95Al-HTlcs and Cu1.57Co0.56MgAl-HTlcs are 2400 and 1770 mg/g, respectively.
