原油加工中的环烷酸腐蚀与防护

摘要 描述了环烷酸的性质,在原油加工过程中环烷酸的腐蚀机理及特点,对一些因素如酸值、温度、流速、硫含量等对环烷酸腐蚀的影响以及现有的防护措施进行了分析和评述,并提出了近期内该领域需要深入进行的工作和研究方向。 The paper starts with describing the nature of naphthenic acid, its corrosion mechanism and characteristics in the processing of crude oil. Then the analyses and comments focus on the influences of factors like acid value, temperature, flowing rate and sulfur content on naphthenic acid corrosion. Finally, the paper presents the further work and research direction in this field in near future.
