开发和使用核电厂紧急运行规程是保证核电厂运行安全的一个重要措施。本文介绍了事件定向、征兆定向、功能定向和状态定向的紧急运行规程,它们的格式与结构,开发步骤以及实际应用。可为我国即将投运的核电厂制定紧急运行规程作参考。
The development and application of emergency operating procedures(EOPs) is an important measure to assure the operational safety for nuclear power plants. Event-oriented, symptom-, function- and state- oriented EOPs with their structures, interfaces, development procedures and practiecal application are described. The idea and approach can be available for the preparation of EOPs for nuclear power plants which are going to be in service.
