摘要
目前,国有企业面临着人才竞争的严峻挑战,同时又在忍受着专业技术人才大量流失的切肤之痛。为此,必须树立专业技术人才战略管理理念,从招聘选人、实施人才职业发展规划、完善绩效管理、改革薪酬制度、提供有针对性的培训、减少人才流失等方面,系统地开发和管理专业技术人才资源。
At present, the state-owned enterprises are facing grim challenge of talent competition, while enduring the brain drain of a large number of professional and technical personnel. Therefore, enterprises must establish strategic management concepts of professional and technical personnel management develop professional and technical personnel resources systematically from aspects of personal selection and recruitment, implementation of talent career development planning, improving performance management, reforming pay system, providing effective training as well reducing the talent drain.
