摘要
党的十七大报告在全面部署经济建设时,用"转变经济发展方式"取代"转变经济增长方式,"这是一种全新的提法,也是十七大报告的重大亮点,体现了我党对我国经济发展规律的认识取得了新的重大进展,反映了我们党经济建设指导思想的升华,也是从当前我国经济发展的实际出发提出的重大战略。文章主要是从提出"转变经济发展方式"的背景、科学内涵、意义等方面进行论述其深刻的理论意义。
As for the full deployment of economic construction, Our party has put forward a new concept of changing the economic development approach instead of changing the mode of economic growth. This concept naturally becomes the highlight of the report of our party. It reflects not only the party＇s deep understanding of the law of economic development but also the sublimation of guiding principles of the economic construction. It is the major strategy based on the actual conditions of our economic development. This paper is designed to study the profound theoretical meaning of this concept from its background and scientific contents.
