摘要
"两型社会"是指"资源节约型和环境友好型社会"。建设"两型社会"是当代社会发展的需要,参与建设"两型社会"是高校自身发展的内在要求。高校为"两型社会"培养资源节约型和环境友好型人才,为"两型社会"提供高新科学技术,是时代赋予的重要历史使命。
A two-type society means a resource-conserving and environment-friendly society. The construction of a two-type society is the needs of the social development and the participation in the construction of the two-type society is the needs of the internal requirement of higher learning institution themselves .The higher learning institutions cultivate talents and provide hi-tech for the two-type society ,which is the historical mission of higher learning institution given by the times.
