摘要
分析了我国职业经理人在企业的制度环境、法律环境、文化环境和信用环境等方面存在的缺憾,探讨了加快我国职业经理人的市场环境建设的对策。
This paper analyzes the shortages of Chinese professional managers in the system environment, legal environment, cultural environment and credit environment, and probes into the countermeasures for speeding up the construction of Chinese professional managers＇ market environment.
