摘要
分析了官渡区土地利用现状和土地利用中的生态环境问题及成因,指出影响该地区生态环境的主导因子是水环境污染状况,而目前建设用地的高速扩张以及所占比例较大是其土地利用的主要特点,不合理的土地开发是造成湿地等生态系统功能退化的主要原因;探讨了综合生态环境建设与保护分区的总体思路,提出了各区环境友好型土地利用模式,目的是因地制宜地协调官渡区土地利用与生态环境建设。
This paper analyzes the present situation of land use in Guandu Area and the problems of eco-environment existing in the land use and their geneses, points out that the dominant factor influencing the eco-environment of this area is the pollution situation of the water environment, and the rapid expansion and higher percentage of current land use for construction purpose are the main features of the land use, the unreasonable land development is the main reason causing the graceful degradation of the ecological system of the marsh, probes into the general idea on synthesizing the eco- environment construction and the protection zoning, and puts forward the environmental friendly land use mode of each zone aiming at coordinating the land use and the eco-environment construction in Guandu Area based on the local circumstances.
