摘要
信息文化在促进社会发展为人类造福的同时,也给人类带来不可忽视的负效应,必须采取有效措施克服信息文化的负效应。
Information culture promotes social development for the benefit of humanity, but it also brings mankind negative effects which can not be ignored. People should guide and control the development and application of information culture to overcome its negative effects by adopting the effective measures.
