冬小麦干旱胁迫下不同土层根量分布与产量的关系 被引量:15

摘要 对河北省农林科学院旱作农业研究所培育的5个冬小麦新品系进行控水试验,采取小型土体统体隔离法收集小麦根系,结合根系空间上的分布,在小麦扬花期分别对0-40 cm、40-80 cm和80-120 cm土层取样测根系干重,在小麦蜡熟期收获后测产。对不同土层不同品系根重与产量的关系进行了相关分析。结果表明:0-40 cm、40-80 cm和0-120 cm土层根系干重与产量均呈负相关,但相关性不显著;80-120 cm土层根系干重与产量呈正相关,且达0.05显著水平。进一步证明干旱胁迫下,冬小麦主要利用土壤深层水分,主要是深层根系对产量起作用,浅层和中层根系作用不大,且根系总量与产量关系也不大。 Through the control water experiment of five winter wheat new stains that were cultivated by Dryland Farming Institute of Hebei Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences, the wheat root was gathered by using the sampling procedure-artificial small columns separated from the original soil completely. According to the root spatial distribution, the root samples in the soil layer different deeps ( including three section: 0 - 40 cm, 40 - 80 cm, 80 - 120 cm) at flowering stage in wheat were dug to measure the dry weight, and were harvested to measure yield in wheat wax maturity. By the correlation analysis between root dry weight of different soil layers of different stains and yield, the results showed that root dry weight of 0 -40 cm, 40 -80 cm and 0 - 120 cm soil layers were negatively correlated with yield, but it was not significant. There was a significant (at 5% level) positive correlation between root dry weight of 80 - 120 cm soil layer and yield. It was proved in the further step that the winter wheat mainly used the deeper soil water to take action on the yield under drought stress. It had not obvious relation between root general mount with yield.
