摘要
采用生长速率法测定了苦参、黄连、丁香、藿香、细辛5种中药提取物对人参黑斑病菌的生物活性。研究结果表明:在质量浓度为1.0kg/L下,丁香、藿香和苦参对人参黑斑病菌的菌丝生长抑菌率达100%、92.2%和89.2%;丁香最小抑制质量浓度为0.0625kg/L,藿香和苦参分别为0.125kg/L和0.5kg/L。
Fungal inhibitory activity of extracts from 5 Chinese herbal medicines against Alternaria panax Whetz was determined using a growth rate method. The five chinese herbal medicines were Sophoraflavescens Air., Coptis chinensis Franch., Eugenia aromatica Baill, Pogostemon cablin(Blanco) Benth, and Asarum heterotropoides Fr.Schmidt var. mandshuricum (Maxim.) Kitag. Results showed that the extracts of E. aromatica, P. cablin, and S. flavescens gave 100%, 92.2% and 89.2% inhibition of mycelium growth rates respectively at 1.0 kg/L concentration. The minimum inhibtion concentration of E. aromatica, the MIC of P. cablin and S. flavescens were 0.0625, 0.125 and 0.5 kg/L, respectively.
