摘要
目的探讨哈尔滨市某大学本科生、研究生生活质量及其影响因素。方法在哈尔滨市某大学整群抽取本科生及研究生共317名,无记名填写自编生活质量评定量表、自评焦虑量表(SAS)、Beck抑郁量表(BDI),运用统计学方法进行处理。结果影响学生生活质量的因素有抑郁、焦虑情绪,对专业不满意,父母关系不好,家庭经济情况等。学生的生活质量与抑郁、焦虑情绪,对专业不满意,父母关系不好等因素呈负相关。结论本科生和研究生的生活质量及负性情绪总体上无差别。应采取针对性措施,改善大学生的生活质量。
OBJECTIVE To discuss the living quality of undergraduates and graduates in a Certain University of Harbin and its influential factors. METHODS 317 undergraduates and graduates in a certain university of Harbin are chosen in cluster sampling. They are made to secretly fill in. the serf-designed scales: Living Quality Assessment Scale, Self-assessment Anxiety Scale (SAS) , Beck Depression Scale(BDI). Then the Statistical Approach is utilized to process the data. RESULTS Factors which affect the living quality of the students include: depression, anxiety, dissatisfaction with their majors, poor relationship with parents, domestic economic problems. These have negative correlation the living quality of students. CONCLUSIONS As a whole, there is no difference in living quality and negative emotion between undergraduates and graduates. Pertinent measures should be taken to improve the living quality of university students.
