摘要
分析了西宁市门诊医疗救助的基本情况,包括社区卫生服务中心和社区卫生服务站的平均门诊费用、慢性病病人和普通低保户的平均门诊费用的差别,定性分析了各项费用控制措施,对平均门诊医疗费用产生的影响,提出今后完善门诊医疗救助的政策建议。
On the basis of analysis on expenses and reimbursement of outpatient in Xi＇ning Medical Financial Aide（MFA）, including the mean of outpatient expenses in community health center and station, the difference between expense of outpatients with and without chronic diseases, the author give a qualitative analysis of the possible management system help to control expenses, put the suggestions to improve the MFA for outpatients.
