摘要
以三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(TMPTA)为交联单体,采用预乳化半连续种子乳液聚合法,合成了交联型阳离子丙烯酸树脂乳液,并借助差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、最低成膜温度仪(MFT)、红外等测试手段,考察了交联单体对丙烯酸树脂乳液涂膜基本性能的影响。结果表明:引入TMPTA可显著提高胶膜的物理性能及成革的耐干湿擦性和耐溶剂性,解决丙烯酸树脂乳液"热粘冷脆"的缺点。
The cationic acrylic resin emulsion was prepared with Tri (hydroxymethyl) propane tri (acrylate) (TMPTA) as cross - linking monomers. And the influence of the TMPTA cross - link on the basic performance of cationic acrylic resin film was investigated by testing methods such as DSC, MFT and FT - IR. The results indicate that the film's physical properties are improved as well as the finished leather's wet -dye rubbing fastness and solvent resistance.
