摘要
设计了一种矿用风水雾化降尘装置的风轮-喷头,其主要特点是集风轮与喷头于一体。分析了碎裂雾化和撞击雾化的原理,计算了喷射角和雾化齿倾角,分析了雾化齿的参数设计要求,为风轮-喷头和雾化齿的设计提供了理论依据。
A kind of fan-sprayer of mine wind-water atomizing aspirating device was designed. Its mani character is to integrate fan with sprayer. The principles of disintegrated atomization and impact atomization were analyzed. Spraying angle and rake angle of tooth were calcnlated. Designing requirement of parameters of atomizing teeth was analyzed, which supplied theory for design of fan-sprayer and atomizing teeth.
