摘要
目的探讨铸钛支架可摘局部义齿损坏后的修复方法及疗效。方法选择36例铸钛支架可摘局部义齿因人工牙脱落、卡环折断、基托折裂、邻牙或基牙脱落后等情况进行修复。结果修复后经1个月、3个月、6个月、1年、3年的追踪,使用效果良好,总有效率达97.2%。结论铸钛支架可摘局部义齿损坏后采用适当的方法修理,能延长义齿使用寿命,对使用效果无影响。
Objective To explore the restoration methods and restoration effectiveness towards titanium casting frameworks＇ removable partial denture after damage. Methods 36 cases of patients were chosen to conduct restoration process according to titanium casting frameworks＇ removable partial denture＇s situations, which included artificial tooth lost, clasp broken, base plate broken, abutment or neighbor teeth lost, and so on. Results 36 cases tracings were followed based on one month, three months, six months, one year, and three years＇ period after restoration and the restoration is effective with effective rate at 97.2%. Conclusion Titanium casting removable partial dentures＇ life cycle could be extended if appropriate methods were adopted after denture damage, and there is no negative impact on denture efficiency.
