摘要
近年来,为提升教师教育的质量,美国的教师教育将着眼点放在实习辅导教师的专业引领意识与能力的改善上。几乎所有的州都确立了教师分级制度,其中,实习辅导教师是最高等级水平。为促进实习辅导教师的专业成长,特别是提升其专业辅导意识与能力,美国近年采用了三种新的模式,即能力本位模式、绩效管理模式、人力资源模式,取得了积极的效果。
In recent years,in order to improve the quality of teacher education, the teacher education in America focuses on the promotion of professional leading consciousness and competence of mentor teachers. Almost all the states of America have the teachers grading system,in which mentor teacher is the highest level, from witch we can see that the United States value more on the the professional development of mentor teachers, there are three competence-based model, performance management and human status of mentor teachers. In order to facilitate new models have been used in United States, resources model.
