摘要
介绍了上海焦化有限公司20万t/a甲醇装置中低温甲醇洗脱硫脱碳技术,总结了低温甲醇洗装置试运转过程中的工艺与设备特点。经该技术净化后的煤气质量优良,有效地保护了甲醇合成催化剂,因此认为低温甲醇洗技术在以煤为原料生产甲醇的煤气净化中的应用是成功的。
The low temperature methanol washing technology for desulfuration and decarbonization in Shanghai Coking and Chemical Corporation's 200,000 t/a methanol installation has been presented,and its trial operation has been summarized from the performances of the technology and equipments. As the gas quality is excellent after washing,the catalyst of methanol synthesis be surely protected. It thus be concluded,that the technique is successful in gas purification for methanol production with coal as its raw material.
