摘要
采用虚拟样机技术,借助于结构设计软件Pro/E和机械动力学分析软件ADAMS来建构2K-V型减速机精确模型的数字样机,过程中采用虚拟构件解决了2K-V型减速机的机构和齿轮副定义困难的问题。详细介绍了建模过程和仿真参数的设置,再现了样机实际运动过程,并实时测量了各构件的瞬时速度,验证了模型建构和仿真分析的正确性。
By means of virtual prototyping technology,a precise virtual digital prototype of 2K-V reducer has been built based on Pro/E and Adams.The application of virtual link is successful in solving the problem of defining the mechanism and gear coupling of 2K-V reducer.The modeling process and simulation parameters are introduced in detail.The simulation expresses real kinematical process.The components' velocity is real-timely measured during kinematical simulation.Simulation results demonstrate the correctness of model building and simulation process.
