摘要
目的：调查我院门诊处方书写质量及存在问题,以减少用药差错和纠纷,更安全、合理使用药品,同时推进2007年5月1日起实行的新《处方管理办法》的正确实施。方法：随机抽取我院2006年12月-2007年12月处方11 567张进行回顾性统计分析。结果：在11 567张处方中不合格处方为1 810张,处方总合格率为84%。12.1%的处方用药剂量较大和处方书写不规范,而后者是导致处方合格率不高的主要原因。结论：我院用药情况基本合理,但应重视处方书写质量。
OBJECTIVE ： To investigate the writing quality and problem of outpatient prescriptions in our hospital so as to reduce incidence of medication error and disputes and to facilitate safe and rational drug use and the correct implementation of ＂Prescription Management Method＂ enforced from May 1, 2007. METHODS： A total of 11,567 outpatient prescriptions from Dec. 2006 to Dec. 2007 were subjected to a retrospective statistical analysis. RESULTS： Among the 11,567 prescriptions, 1,810 were unqualified, and 84% were qualified. The main problems manifested as non - standard in prescription writing and overdose in 12.1% of the prescriptions. CONCLUSION ： The drug use in our hospital was rational on the whole, but great importance should be attached to the writing quality of prescriptions.
