Experimental study on the impact of chorioretinal structure and function by SonoVue real-time contrast-enhanced ultra-sonography

摘要 目的观察SonoVue实时超声造影对正常新西兰白兔脉络膜视网膜功能及结构的影响,探讨超声造影在眼科应用的安全性。设计实验性研究。研究对象新西兰白兔24只。方法对上述动物行眼部SonoVue实时超声造影检查,观察造影前后荧光素眼底血管造影(FFA)、闪光视网膜电图(F-ERG)及造影后组织光学显微镜及电子显微镜检查结果。主要指标FFA、F-ERG、光镜、透射电镜。结果SonoVue实时超声造影过程中所有实验动物未出现明显的全身及眼局部副反应,超声造影前后F-ERG各波形振幅前后比较无显著差异(P均>0.05)、造影前后FFA显影无异常改变,光镜及透射电镜检查视网膜结构无明显病理改变。结论SonoVue实时超声造影对脉络膜视网膜功能及结构不会产生明显的负面影响。 Objective To assess the impact of SonoVue real-time contrast-enhanced uhrasonography on the chorioretinal structure and function of normal New Zealand white rabbits and to investigate the safety of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography. Design Experimental study. Participants Twenty-four New Zealand white rabbits. Methods Underwent SonoVue real-time contrast-enhanced ultrasonography, to investigate the FFA, F-ERG, light microscopy and transmission electronmicroscopy. Main Outcome Measures FFA, F-ERG, light microscopy transmission electronmicroscopy. Results No obvious systemic or ocular adverse reaction was observed. Before and after the injection of SonoVue the FFA, F-ERG, light microscopy transmission electronmicroscopy showed no significant changes. Conclusions SonoVue real-time contrast-enhanced uhrasonography has no significant impact on the chorioretinal structure and function.
