摘要
目的:介绍尺动脉腕上皮支皮瓣移植术中血管变异及变异的处理方法。方法:在行78例93个游离尺动脉腕上皮支皮瓣修复创面时,发现11个皮瓣血管变异,变异率12%。变异类型主要有皮支发出位置、皮支数目、非尺动脉发出皮支3种,对不同的变异进行不同的方法切取皮瓣。结果:变异的尺动脉腕上皮支皮瓣经正确切取,均成活,皮瓣外形满意,质地柔软,弹性好,手指屈伸功能满意。结论:对不同的尺动脉腕上皮支变异采用不同的方法处理,皮瓣移植手术是可以获得成功的。
Objective： To introduce blood vessel variation and its treatment during the transferring of skin flap pedicled with dorsal carpal branch of ulnar artery. Methods： Blood vessel variations of skin flap were found in 11 cases （the variation rate of 12%） during the repairing process adopting skin flaps pedicled with dorsal carpal branch of ulnar artery for 93 wound surfaces in 78 cases. There were three types of variations concerning with the origin and the number of cutaneous branches. Different methods were adopted to retrieve the flaps for dealing with different variations. Results： After being correctly retrieved and operated according to the variation features, skin flap pedicled with dorsal carpal branch of ulnar artery survived well with a satisfied profile and suitable functional recovery of fingers. Conclusions： Using adaptable process for different variations of dorsal carpel branch of ulnar artery, skin flaps transplantation surgery can be successfully performed.
