摘要
目的:为了控制和消除麻疹,进一步提高实验室监测工作质量。方法:麻疹IgM和IgG测定用ELISA方法,病原学检测按WHO推荐方法进行。结果:河北省2006年麻疹实验室检测血清标本7395人份,麻疹IgM抗体阳性4419例,阳性率59.76%;麻疹IgM抗体阴性血清标本检测风疹IgM抗体2622例,阳性291例,阳性率11.10%。2006年167人份咽拭子标本中分离出30株麻疹病毒,经核苷酸序列分析鉴定,全部为H1 a基因型。结论:实验室监测是麻疹监测系统的重要组成部分,对消除麻疹和控制风疹工作发挥着重要作用。河北省目前流行的麻疹野病毒为H1基因型,以散发为主,人群免疫力水平较高。
Objective:To control and eliminate measles and further promote the quality of measles surveillance.Methods:The IgM and IgG of measles were tested with ELISA,and measles viruses were isolated according to the recommendatory method of WHO.Results:The 4419 of 7395 serum samples in 2006 measles lab.in Hebei province were Ig M positive for measles,and its positive rate was 59.76%.There were 291 Ig M positive for Rubella in 2622 Ig M negative samples for measles,and its positive rate was 11.10%.30 Measles viruses were isolated from 167 throat swabs,and their sequence analyses indicated that all of them were of H1a genotype.Conclusion:Laboratory surveillance is the significant part in measles surveillance system,and plays a very important role in measles elimination and Rubella control.At present,epidemic wild-viruses of measles in Hebei Province are H1 getotype with main sporadic and the higher level of immunity among population.
