降脂颗粒对非酒精性脂肪肝模型大鼠血清瘦素及肝脏瘦素受体mRNA的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察降脂颗粒对非酒精性脂肪肝模型大鼠血清瘦素及肝脏瘦素受体mRNA的影响。方法高脂饲料制备SD大鼠非酒精性脂肪肝模型,随机分为东宝肝泰组、降脂颗粒低剂量组、降脂颗粒中剂量组、降脂颗粒高剂量组和模型对照组。治疗4周后检测相关指标。结果降脂颗粒能明显降低非酒精性脂肪肝模型大鼠血脂(TG、TC)的水平,降低血清瘦素水平,增加肝脏瘦素受体mRNA的表达。结论降脂颗粒可以改善瘦素抵抗并增加非酒精性脂肪肝模型大鼠肝脏瘦素受体mRNA的表达。 Objective To investigate the effect of Jiangzhi Granulas on serum leptin and liver leptin receptor mRNA of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) rat. Methods The NAFLD SD rat model' was established by high fat diet, then divided into five groups at random; model control group, Dongbaogantai group, Jiangzhi granulas low-dose group, middle-dose group and high-dose group. The relative indexes were detected respectively after 4 weeks' treatment. Results Jiangzhi granulas can obviously reduce serum lipid (TC, TG), leptin and increase liver leptin receptor mRNA of NAFLD rat model. Conclusion Jiangzhi granulas can improve leptin resistence and increase liver leptin receptor mRNA of NAFLD rat model.
