外源茉莉酸甲酯诱导茄子反应对朱砂叶螨选择行为的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Exogenous Methyl Jasmonate-Induced Eggplant Leaves on Selection Behavior of Tetranychus Cinnabarinus (Boisduval)

摘要 通过5个对比试验,研究了外源茉莉酸甲酯诱导茄子(Solanum melongena L.)反应对朱砂叶螨[Tet-ranychus cinnabarinus(Boisduval)]的选择行为的影响。结果表明,外源MeJA喷雾处理无论是24h还是48h后的茄子,在T形桥内培养1、2、3、4、5h后,MeJA喷雾处理的茄子上螨的数量与健康茄子上的差异未达到显著水平,这表明外源MeJA喷雾处理的茄子对朱砂叶螨没有引诱作用或驱避作用。 In T-bridge tests,effects of eggplant leaves induced by exogenous methyl jasmonate (MeJA) on the selection behavior of Tetranychus cinnabarinus (Boisduval) by 5 contrast experimental treatments were studied.Results showed that:24 h or 48 h after treatment,the eggplant leaves sprayed with MeJA were preferably selected less often than the intact eggplant leaves (P>0.05),which were expressed as the number of attracting T.cinnabarinus at 1,2,3,4 h and 5 h,and the latter didn’t exhibit a significant increase of attractiveness or repellence to T.cinnabarinus adults.
