摘要
阐述中药归经入脑的证据及方法论,中医学证据主要有文献记载的相关药物、脏腑系统证据、经络系统证据;现代医学研究认为归经与血脑屏障、有效成分的体内分布、受体学说、环核苷酸、脑保护作用等均有密切关系,为中药归经入脑的深入研究提供参考。
To expound evidence and methodology of relating Chinese materia medica to brain and channel tropism.Evidences of traditional Chinese medical are： correlative medicine,visceral system and channel system recorded in literature.Modern medicine study has found the meridian distribution theory has close relation with blood brain barrier,effective constituents＇ distribution in the body,receptor theory,cylic nucleotides,and brain protection and so on.It provids reference for future research of relating Chinese Medicine to brain and channel tropism.
