This paper introduces maintenance system and conception for Siemens gas turbine, especially, the feature of maintenance and outage for Siemens E class gas turbine （SGT5-2000E）, as well as the maintenance plan. Finally, it discusses relevant issues concerned with gas turbine maintenance and overhaul, which will give some tips for maintenance and operation of Siemens SGT5-2000E class gas turbine or equivalent.
