胰高血糖素样-1及其类似物与糖尿病治疗
摘要
胰高血糖素样肽-1（glucagons-1ike peptide-1，GLP-1）是一种典型的脑-肠轴激素，在中枢由孤束核、背侧及腹侧髓质、嗅球的神经元核周体产生；在外周由分布于空肠、回肠和盲肠的神经内分泌L-细胞分泌，在体内以多种形式存在。人体进餐或口服葡萄糖后，L-细胞被激活，导致GLP-1被迅速释放入血液中，加强胰岛素的合成与分泌。
