摘要
近年来商业贿赂在我国一些行业和领域蔓延,直接危害我国经济社会的健康发展,破坏社会主义市场经济秩序,损害人民群众的切身利益,商业贿赂治理已成为全社会关注的一大焦点。文章从立法、文化改良、制度改革等方面探讨了商业贿赂治理的对策。
In recent years,the commercial bribery has been spreading in some profession and field in China, directly harmed health development of the economic society and the socialist market economy order,harmed people＇s vital interest. The commercial bribery governance has become the focus to which entire society pays attention, This article discusses the countermeasures against the governance commercial bribery from legislation, culture, system reform and so on , in order to provide some basic theories to govern the commercial bribery.
