文章阐述了图书馆管理引进业务外包的发展过程,论述了业务外包对图书馆专业队伍建设、核心业务提升以及图书发行市场变革等方面的影响,并论及了政府行为对图书馆业务外包的引导。
This paper discusses the development of library outsourcing and its influence on the development of the library staff, their professional improvement and book marketing. The guiding role of governmental acts on library outsourcing is also considered.
