摘要
薄膜电致发光(TFEL)显示是一种对材料有着严格要求的比较复杂的光电子器件。该多层结构通常包括2个电极,2个绝缘层和1个半导体发光层。在介绍了薄膜电致发光器件结构及工作原理的基础上,重点介绍了红色、绿色、蓝色和白色发光材料的研究现状,并讨论了薄膜电致发光材料的发展趋势。
Thin film electroluminescent(TFEL ) displays are complex optoelectronic devices with chanllenging material requirements. The muhilayer device structure includes two electrodes, two insulators, and a semiconducting phosphor layer. The structure and electroluminescent mechanism of TFEL devices were described. The current status of the red, green, blue and white TFEL phosphors was reviewed, and the future prospect was discussed.
