摘要
质量指数是一种质量调整因子,但并不完全等同于质量调整因子,文章借助于时间序列因素分析中季节因素的分析思路,将质量变化对价格的影响定义为质量指数或质量变差,将差额表示的称为加法模式的质量调整因子或质量变差,将比率表示的称为乘法模式的质量调整因子或质量指数。同时试图构建了包含名义价格指数、质量指数(质量变差)和实际价格指数在内的两种模式(乘法模式、加法模式)的价格指数体系,既有利于实际价格指数的编制,又可用于指数因素分析。
Quality index is a kind of quality adjustment factor ,but not equal to it. This thesis applies the idea of seasonal analysis in the time series, defines the quality change relevant to the observed price change as quality index or quality difference, defines its difference form as additive quality adjustment factor or quality difference and its ratio form as the multiplicative quality adjustment factor or quality index. Meanwhile, thesis attempts to build a index system consisting of nominal price index, quality index or quality difference and actual price index. This system includes two models, namely, the additive model and multiplicative model. They are both favorable to the compilation of actual price index and to the index component analysis.
