摘要
本文从优化专业结构、推行学分制改革、强化基地建设、实施质量工程等四个方面着手，重点阐述了我校在教育教学改革、教学管理机制、人才培养模式、质量管理体系等方面为学生构筑职业生涯的‘匹配性接口’所取得的成果。
The paper, starting with the four aspects, such as optimizing the profession structure, pursuing the reform of the credit system, strengthening the base construction, and putting the quality project into effect, mainly explains our institute has achieved a lot in constructing the ＇matching interface＇ of students＇ occupational career, which involves the education reforms, teaching management mechanisms, talented person cultivation patterns, quality management system, and so on.
