摘要
工学结合人才培养模式的探索是当今高职教育的热点之一,文中分析了当前工学结合中校企合作的制约因素,提出了高职院校提高工学结合校企合作质量的对策。
The research of the talents training mode of partnerships of educators with employers is one of the topic of the day for the vocalional higher education. The paper emphasizes the effect factors of the cooperation of colleges and enterprises in combination of working and studying at present, It is proposed for the higher vocational education how to improve the talents training mode of combination of working and studying.
